I was surprised and delighted to discover that there is a Chinese takeout establishment that is not only so close to home but has such a large (and DELICIOUS) variety of items to choose from! The service is always excellent, the helpings always generous, and the prices reasonable. When I want to treat the rest of my family to a delectable meal that I didn't cook by myself, I go to Chef Yan knowing that whatever selections I make will arrive home piping hot, fresh and with whatever degree of spiciness I request.
